A Local Service Operator because

We know systems and software. You know your local charity and NGO community

So the DonAid Verify system is designed to be managed at the local level by a Local Service Operator (LSO), under the ownership and control of local charities, or local professional fundraisers.

The LSO operates as a commercial, for-profit entity: drawing revenue from the services and benefits it offers to its corporate users, ensuring that you have an operating budget for your administration and promotional activities.

All technical and compliance issues are managed by your nearby Regional Service Operator: a DonAid operated business where our technical staff and other professionals are based.

So that you and your local colleagues can concentrate on how you want to adapt DonAid to suit your local market.

What it involves on your part:

You'll need a locally incorporated company

That company enters into a legal licensing agreement with DonAid, setting out each side’s Terms and Conditions. The typical minimum licence period is three years

There's a small monthly licence free to pay, plus a turnover element if your user base (and tracking throughput) reaches a certain level

You have freedom to set local prices for DonAid services and products.  And the system handles billing and most of the admin: including sales commission for your staff or agencies

What you'll see:

Your main dashboard

Reports on donation activity

Product sales

And much much more…

We hold workshops, sales tours and demonstrations using these simulations for Malaysian charities and professional fundraisers.
